Gerneral Restriction

Ticket Cancellation
* Class Y:        a fees of 5% will be deducted
* Class B-T: a fees of 10% will be deducted
* Class E-V:    a fees of 20% will be deducted
* Class W:     a fees of 30% will be deducted

Ticket Change
* Class Y: Any change is subject to the availability of the same class, upgrading subject to payment of fare difference.
* Class B-V: Any change is subject to the availability of the same class, free for the first change and 10% surcharge for the second change, upgrading subject to payment of fare difference
Class W: Any change is subject to the availability of the same class, free for the first change and 20% surcharge for the second change, upgrading subject to payment of fare difference
