Ticket Cancellation
* Class Y-H:   a fees of 5% will be deducted
* Class M-L: a fees of 10% will be deducted
* Class Q-R:   a fees of 30% will be deducted
* Class K-I:    a fees of 100% will be deducted

Ticket Change
*Class Y-H: Any change is subject to the availability of the same class, upgrading subject to payment of fare difference.
*Class M-L: Any change is subject to the availability of the same class and 10% surcharge upgrading subject to payment of fare difference
*Class Q-R: Any change is subject to the availability of the same class and 20% surcharge, upgrading subject to payment of fare differenc
